Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of service. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Artistic Imprint Photography.

Image Rights and Usage

You will receive full rights to your edited images for personal use. Artistic Imprint Photography retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the entire deposit.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.
